The Farm

Leader in the Agritourism sector  in the Sicilia  area of Palermo. The farm, which is situated in the Monreale district near San Giuseppe Jato and San Cipirello, is run by the owner, Rosario Rizzo, and his children. The farm is mainly given over to cereal and olive growing and forestry. Poultry, horses, rabbit and dwarf goats are reared at Casale del Principe.
All the farm produce is grown organically, and a high-quality extra-virgin olive oil is made. The chef prepares fruit, vegetables, dessert and write grapes, olives, oil, almonds and walnuts in accordance with jealously-guarded ancient recipes that offer genuine local flavours.
